Baptismal Font

In 2004, the holy water fonts were removed and a refurbished bowl of the Baptismal font was placed at the entrance of the church. Total cost of the project was $1,404 which was generously donated by Paul Konkler.

At the same time, there were plans to have water piped in to create a flowing fountain into a cross shaped adult immersion font. The back three pews were shortened. However, these plans were abandoned when blueprints of the floor could not give a precise location of embedded heating pipes. The parish did not want another unfortunate surprise as they experience when placed the tabernacle in a niche.
